Brian J. Beaudet-Owner

Brian J. Beaudet - Owner and President of Milestone Development & Design has been immersed in the construction industry for most of his life. He was born and raised in New Hampshire where he gained his love and understanding for building, and his work ethic from his father, who owned a construction company serving the New England area.

After years of hands-on building experience, Brian returned to college to earn his Bachelor of Architecture and his Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida; one of the top construction programs in the county. After graduating in 1998, he broadened his knowledge and skills in the Naples luxury home market before starting Milestone Development & Design, Inc in 2003. In the last 21 years, Brian and the Milestone team have been involved in the design and building of over 100 luxury homes while earning multiple local building awards.

Jake Russo- Project Manager

Jake Russo grew up in the suburbs of Boston Mass where he gained his Northeast work ethic that he brings to the Milestone Development team. After moving to Florida, he earned his degree from FGCU where he put himself through college on a full academic scholarship. Jake’s love for construction drew him to the Naples area where he had the opportunity to learn and build at the highest level of quality. He joined the Milestone team after a chance meeting with Milestone’s owner, Brian Beaudet. The rest is history. As project manager, Jake is responsible for all field operations including scheduling, material orders and most importantly….quality control. Jakes lives in Naples with his adorable son and enjoys the full outdoor active lifestyle that Naples Florida offers.

Max Dean-Office Manager

Max brings a wealth of experience to Milestone, including 27 years of office management and related professional experience. Since moving to Florida, she has worked with numerous companies, helping them get organized and streamlined.

She loves helping her community and has volunteered with dozens of organizations, such as Valerie’s House, Salvation Army’s Think Tank, City of Cape Coral Budget Review Committee, as well as Proctor & Gamble’s “Mean Stinks” Secret Anti bully Regional Campaign.
