Brian J. Beaudet-Owner

Brian, President of Milestone Development & Design, Inc. has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life. He was born and raised in New Hampshire where he gained his love for building from his father, who owned a construction company servicing the New Hampshire / Massachusetts area.

He earned his Bachelor of Architecture and his Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Since graduating in 1998, He has been involved in the design and building of over 60 custom homes, as well as many additions and remodel projects.

He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity and has worked on several projects including the design and coordination of an “Oprah’s Angels” house in Gainesville, Florida. His hands-on approach to building results in constant attention from the design stage, to field supervision, to the completion of the construction process. He brings his passion and work ethic to ensure unsurpassed service for all Milestone clients. Milestone Development & Design, Inc has won consecutive Sand Dollar Awards for Best Product Design in 2015 and 2016.

He lives with his wife and two daughters in Naples, Florida, and enjoys all that this area has to offer. He supervises all internal and external operations for Milestone, including the management of all field activities, as well as the marketing, finance and customer service departments.

Jake Russo- Construction Supervisor

Jake Russo grew up in the suburbs of Boston Mass where he gained his Northeast work ethic that he brings to the Milestone Development team. After moving to Florida, he earned his degree from FGCU where he put himself through college on a full academic scholarship. Jake’s love for construction drew him to the Naples area where he had the opportunity to learn and build at the highest level of quality. He joined the Milestone team after a chance meeting with Milestone’s owner, Brian Beaudet. The rest is history. As project manager, Jake is responsible for all field operations including scheduling, material orders and most importantly….quality control. Jakes lives in Naples with his adorable son and enjoys the full outdoor active lifestyle that Naples Florida offers.

Max Dean-Office Manager

Max brings a wealth of experience to Milestone, including 27 years of office management and related professional experience. Since moving to Florida, she has worked with numerous companies, helping them get organized and streamlined.

She loves helping her community and has volunteered with dozens of organizations, such as Valerie’s House, Salvation Army’s Think Tank, City of Cape Coral Budget Review Committee, as well as Proctor & Gamble’s “Mean Stinks” Secret Anti bully Regional Campaign.
